The book Język polonijny w Kanadzie focuses on the consequences of language contact for Polish spoken in Canada. It is the first systematic sociolinguistic investigation of the use of Polish in Canada.  The research is based on a set of surveys and sociolinguistic interviews with first- and second-generation Polish immigrants living in the Greater Toronto Area. The book describes sociolinguistic processes concerning phonology, phonetics, morphology, lexicon and syntax of the Polish language spoken in Canada. (Year of Publication: 2009)
